Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use Lark, the service that runs AI agents on cloud machines for you. By creating an account you agree to them. If you use Lark for an organization, you agree on its behalf and confirm you're allowed to.

1. Your account

Keep your sign-in details safe, and turn on two-factor sign-in. You're responsible for what happens under your account and your organization's API keys. Tell us right away if you think someone else has access.

2. Your agents, and what they do

Agents act on your instructions, with the tools, machines and credentials you give them. You're responsible for what your agents do, including on other websites and services, and for having the right to give them the accounts, data and credentials you provide. AI makes mistakes: review your agents' results before relying on them, and use approval steps for anything important or hard to undo.

Your content (instructions, tasks, files, results) stays yours. You give us permission to store and process it only to run the service for you.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use Lark, or have agents do, any of the following:

We may stop runs, suspend an organization, or close accounts that do these things, with or without notice when needed to protect others or the service.

4. Plans, billing and budgets

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe, and usage beyond your plan's included amount is billed afterwards. Each run shows its cost as it works. You can set a monthly budget: when your spend reaches it, new runs are refused and running ones stop. Prices may change with 30 days' notice. Fees are non-refundable except where the law says otherwise. If a payment fails, we may pause runs until it's fixed. You can cancel at any time; your plan continues until the end of the period you've paid for.

5. The service

We work to keep Lark available and secure, but we provide it "as is". We don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that agents' results will be correct. We may change or retire features. If we retire something you pay for, we'll give reasonable notice.

6. Third-party services

Agents use AI models and can reach other services. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms, and we're not responsible for them.

7. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.

8. Ending

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or don't pay. Sections 2, 4 (for amounts owed), 7 and 9 continue after the account ends.

9. General

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. If part of them can't be enforced, the rest still applies. We'll tell you about material changes before they take effect; using Lark after that means you accept them.
